I found this clip and in my humble opinion, it’s the best Disney cartoon I’VE ever seen.
It’s titled “No Smoking” (1951) and it stars Goofy as a smoker. It’s supposed to warn you of the evils of nicotine addiction, but honestly it just promotes smoking even more. Make sure you pay attention at the 1:52 mark, and towards the end – Yes, Goofy asks for weed! Typical smoker – always bumming off someone else.
And yes, it has annoying subtitles. But it doesn’t matter – it’s still THE best pro/anti smoking cartoon Walt Disney ever created!
